Satın almadan önce

Planın kapsamı, toplam fiyatı/vergileri, dönemi, deneme ve yenileme koşulları mağaza onay ekranında görülür. Makbuzu saklayın. Şu anda webden doğrudan ödeme alınmaz.

Aylık / yıllık

Aksi açıkça belirtilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Son tarihten önce satın aldığınız mağazada iptal edin; uygulamayı silmek veya hesabı kapatmak yeterli değildir. İptal normalde ödenmiş dönem sonuna kadar erişimi korur.

Ömürlük

Sunulduğunda tek ödemedir, kendi başına yenilenmez. Yeni satışlarda KurdiGo hizmetini sunduğumuz süre boyunca açıklanan Premium erişimini sağlar. Önceki daha elverişli taahhütler korunur. Eski aboneliğinizi ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekebilir.

İade ve cayma

İade hakkı işlem/mağaza ve uygulanabilir hukuka göre belirlenir; kullanılmayan günler için otomatik iade vaadi veya genel “iade yok” kuralı yoktur. Geçerli açık onay ve kanuni koşullar olmadan dijital içerik nedeniyle cayma hakkından feragat edilmiş sayılmazsınız.

Erişim sorunu

Doğru mağaza ve KurdiGo hesabında satın almaları geri yükleyin. Düzelmezse işlem numarası, tarih ve makbuzla destek isteyin; şifre/tam kart bilgisi göndermeyin. Haklarınız yalnız mağazaya başvuruyla sınırlandırılmaz.

Destek / hediye

Ayrı destek ürünü ancak açıkça yazan hakları verir; aksi belirtilmedikçe Premium sağlamaz ve vergi indirimi sağlayan hayır bağışı değildir. Hediye erişimi açıklanan süre/kapsamdadır.

Hesap kapatma

Hesap kapatma, veri silme talebi ve mağaza yenilemesini iptal etme üç ayrı işlemdir. Aboneliği ilgili mağazada ayrıca yönetin.

Before purchase

The store confirmation shows benefits, total price/taxes, period, trial and renewal terms. Keep the receipt. There is currently no direct web checkout.

Monthly / annual

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these renew automatically. Cancel in the purchasing store before its deadline; uninstalling or closing the account is not enough. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period.

Lifetime

When offered this is a one-time, non-renewing purchase providing the described access while we operate KurdiGo for new sales. More favourable earlier promises remain protected. An old recurring plan may need separate cancellation.

Refunds and withdrawal

Rights depend on transaction, store and mandatory law. There is neither an automatic unused-days refund promise nor a blanket no-refunds rule. Digital delivery does not waive withdrawal without valid consent and the required legal conditions.

Access issues

Restore using the correct store and KurdiGo accounts. Contact support with date, receipt and transaction ID if necessary, never a password/full card details. Claims against us are not restricted to store channels.

Support / gifts

Separate support products provide only stated benefits, not Premium unless expressly offered, and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Gifts follow their disclosed duration/scope.

Closing an account

Account closure, personal-data deletion requests and store renewal cancellation are separate actions. Manage renewals with the purchasing store.

Full agreement

Read this convenience page together with the Premium/consumer-rights sections of the Terms of Service. Checkout descriptions and mandatory rights remain protected.
